Fees
Fee guidance for audit engagements
How we price financial audit work on regulatory reporting applications โ ranges, what moves a quote, and what is billed separately.
Fees are informational. Final quotes follow a short scoping call. There is no online checkout.
Starting ranges
| Engagement | Typical basis | Starting indication (THB) |
|---|---|---|
| Regulatory reporting application audit | Fixed fee per application | From 420,000 |
| Pre-submission reporting pack review | Fixed fee per pack | From 120,000 |
| Remediation readiness assessment | Fixed fee or day rate | From 95,000 or 28,000 / day |
Ranges assume a single Thai legal entity, one primary return, and reasonable access to extracts. Multi-branch consolidations, bilingual pack rebuilds mid-engagement, or parallel returns raise the fee.
What changes the quote
- Number of schedules and manual bridges inside the application
- Whether prior supervisor queries must be re-examined
- On-site days outside Bangkok (travel billed at cost)
- Compressed timelines inside the final ten days before filing
- Dual-language working papers when both Thai and English packs are in scope
What is included
Agreed fieldwork days, sample testing within the plan, draft and final management letter, and one closing meeting. Document room setup on our side is included.
What is billed separately
- Extra returns added after the engagement letter is signed
- Restatement support for a prior period not named in scope
- Translation of large evidence sets beyond the agreed pack languages
- Rush premiums when kick-off is requested inside five business days of a hard freeze
Deposits and billing
A 30% commencement invoice is due when the engagement letter is signed. The balance is invoiced at draft-report delivery. For day-rate remediation work, we bill weekly in arrears.
How to get a firm number
Request an audit brief with the return name, period, and any prior findings. We return a scoped fee within two business days in ordinary periods.
