Data we collect
- Contact form — name, email, optional engagement interest, reporting cycle notes, and message content
- Technical logs — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, when our hosting provider records them
- Cookies — as described in our cookies notice
We do not ask for national ID numbers, full account numbers, or password credentials through the public form. Do not send confidential return packs via the website form; use the secure channel we provide after scoping.
Purposes
- Responding to audit brief requests
- Scheduling scoping calls
- Improving site clarity based on aggregated analytics (if you accept analytics cookies)
- Meeting legal obligations
Legal bases
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to pursue legitimate interests in operating a professional practice. Cookie analytics run only with consent where required.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless an engagement letter requires a longer professional retention period. Server logs typically rotate within 90 days. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
Recipients
Hosting and email providers that support our Bangkok practice may process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside Thailand, we use contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and limit access to what is needed to answer your enquiry or host the site.
Your rights
Subject to Thai personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw cookie consent. Contact info@datalayergrid.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in Thailand.
Security
We use HTTPS and access controls on mailboxes that receive form submissions. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; for sensitive reporting files wait for our document-room instructions.
Updates
We will post changes on this page with a revised date.
