Scope included
- Kickoff interview set with operations, nursing, and one finance or scheduling contact
- Data request list limited to what your HIS, bed board, or theatre system already exports
- Cleaning and reconciliation of the study window (typically 8–12 weeks of activity)
- Visualisation of volume, timing, handoffs, and variation by day of week and shift
- Two draft review cycles with a named sponsor
- On-site or hybrid briefing workshop (up to 3 hours)
Excluded
- Building or licensing permanent dashboard software
- Changing clinical protocols or writing policy for the hospital
- Multi-site rollouts in a single engagement (ask about a programme quote instead)
- Access to identifiable patient records beyond what your privacy office already approves for operations review
Provider and process
Work is led by a senior operations analyst paired with a visualisation specialist. Week 1 confirms the question and data access. Weeks 2–4 build and challenge the visuals against floor reality. Weeks 5–6 refine and brief.
Duration and delivery
Most Bangkok engagements finish in four to six weeks. Regional hospitals may stretch to eight if on-site days need booking around travel. Delivery mode mixes desk analysis with scheduled floor walkthroughs.
Preparation we ask of you
A sponsor with authority to open calendars, a secure file drop for extracts, and one clinical champion who will tell us when a chart contradicts what happens on the ward at 02:00.
Constraints
We work in English for deliverables; Thai-language facilitation for workshops can be arranged with notice. We will pause rather than invent numbers when extracts are incomplete.
